Harrison's description (1911):

This church has Nor. chancel arch; the rest of the building is restored E.E. There is a triplet of arches to chancel; the central one is Nor., the lateral ones may have been altar recesses orginally. Note the capitals. The reredos is striking, and there is a fine monument by Flaxman, to Thomas Hayley, son of William Hayley, the poet. Reg. 1813.
