THE Creditors of Sir Harry Goring, late of Horsham, in the County of Sussex, Baronet, being by Decree of the High Court of Chancery, to prove their Debts before Francis Eld, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, Notice is hereby given, that a Commission out of the laid Court will be executed on Monday the 12th Day of September next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the House of Charles Cooper, known by the Sign of the Anchor in Horsham aforesaid, where the Country Creditors are then to attend and prove their Debts; and the Creditors living in London, or parts adjacent thereto, are to prove their Debts before the said Master Eld, at his Chamber in Symond's Inn in Chancery Lone, London, or in Default thereof such Creditors will be excluded all Benefit of the said Decree.
