THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under the Commission of Bankrupt awarded against Henry Webb and William Webb, both of the City of Chichester in the County of Sussex, Mercers, Maltsters, and Cbapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupts Estate, on Monday the 31st Day of December instant, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same Day, at the House of Richard Lea known by the Sign of the Angel in the City of Chichester aforesaid, to assent to or dissent from the Assignees commencing one or more Suit or Suits in Law or Equity for the Recovery of any Part of the Bankrupts Estate or Estates and Effects, and to their selling and disposing of several outstanding Debts belonging to, the said Bankrupts Estate, some Part thereof supposed to be dubious or desperate, and to their accepting Compositions, referring to Arbitration, or otherwise compromising Differences and Disputes relating to the said Bankrupts Estate ; and on other special Affairs.
