THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Samuel Miller, of Rye in the County of Sussex, Grocer, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 12th Day of October next, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the House of Thomas Woollett, known by the Name or Sign of the Red Lyon in the Town of Rye aforesaid, in order to make a Dividend of the said bankrupt's Estate and Effects; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Persons, who have made any Claims, are to come and prove the same, or they will be disallowed.
