PUrsuant to an Order made by the Right Honourable Henry Lord Apsley, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, Enlarging the Time for John Hobden, of Lewes in the County of Sussex, Mercer, Draper, Leather-seller, and Taylor, (a Bankrupt) to surrender himself, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, for Thirty six Days, to be computed from the 2d Day of August next; This is to give Notice, that the Commissioners in the said Commission named and authorized, or the major Part of them, will meet on the 7th Day of September next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, at Guildhall, London; where the said Bankrupt, is required to surrender himself, between the Hours of Eleven and One of the same Day, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, and finish his Examination ; and the Creditors who have not already proved their Debts, may then and there come and prove the same, and assent to or dissent from the Allowance of his Certificate.
