The following PRISONERS, whose Estate and Effects have been vested in the Provisional Assignee by Order of the Court, having filed their Schedules, are ordered to be brought up before a Commissioner on Circuit, to be dealt with according to the Statute. , as follows: At the Court-House, at Lewes, in the County of Sussex, on the 28th day of June 1839, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon. William Winter the younger, formerly of No. 10, Chester-street, Kennington, Surrey, but of employ, afterwards of No. 8, West-street, Walworth, Surrey, out of employ, afterwards of No. 12, Cannon-street-road, Middlesex, out of employ, afterwards of No. 4, Hanover-street, Peckham, Surrey, out of employ, afterwards a Prisoner, for Contempt, in the Fleet Prison, afterwards of No. 4, Hanover-street, Peckham, out of employ, afterwards a Prisoner, for Debt, in the Queen's Bench, afterwards of No. 8, Grosvenor-street, Camberwell-road, Surrey, out of employ, afterwards of No. 17, Brunswick-place North, Brighton, Sussex, Dissenting Minister, afterwards a Prisoner for Debt in the Fleet Prison, and late of No. 17, Brunswick-terrace North, Brighton aforesaid, Dissenting Minister.
