WHEREAS a Petition of Joseph Winch, formerly of No. 9, Kensington-gardens, having an office at No. 11, Castle-square, and now of No. 12, Kensington-gardens, part of the time having an office at No. 11, Castle-square aforesaid, then at No. 2, George-street, and now at No. 30, New-road, (and part of the above time in partnership with Thomas Emery deceased) Carrier, all in Brighton, in the county of Sussex, an insolvent debtor, having been filed in the County Court of Sussex, at Brighton, and an interim order for protection from process having been given to the said Joseph Winch, under the provisions of the Statutes in that case made and provided, the said Joseph Winch is hereby required to appear before the said Court, on the 17th of August instant, at one in the afternoon precisely, for his first examination touching his debts, estate, and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions of the said Statutes; and the choice of the creditors' assignees is to take place at the time so appointed. All persons indebted to the said Joseph Winch, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. Ewen Evershed, Clerk of the said Court, at his office, at No. 151, North-street, Brighton, the Official Assignee of the estate and effects of the said insolvent.
