NOTICE is hereby given, that it is the intention of the above-named George Hinton Bovill, and of Thomas Cox, and Charles Frewen Lord, of No. 13, Clifford's-inn, in the city of London, Gentleman, and of Joseph Gary, of No. 49, Pall Mall, in the county of Middlesex, Esquire, and Alexander Greig, of No. 10, Lowndes-street, in the said county of Middlesex, Esquire, and Frederick John Sydney Parry, of Worthing, in the county-of Sussex, Esquire, which said five last-mentioned persons are assignees of the said patent, to present a petition to Her Majesty in Council, praying Her Majesty to grant a prolongation of the term of the above mentioned letters patent. And notice is hereby given, that on the 4th day of February next, or if the Judicial Committee of Her Majesty's Privy Council shall not sit on that day, then at the next sitting of the said Judicial Committee, an application will be made to the said Committee for a time to be fixed for hearing the matter of the said petition; and any person desirous of being heard in opposition to the prayer of such petition must enter a caveat to that effect in the Privy Council Office, on or before the said 4th day of February next — Dated this 29th day of December, 1862. -: Willoughby, Cox, and Lord, 13, Cliffofd's-inn, London, Solicitors for the said Petitioners.
