Philip Mighell Faulconer, formerly of Stockland Farm, Hadlow Down, in the parish of Mayfield, Farmer, then of No. 26, Grenville-place, Brixton, then in apartments at Hadlow Down aforesaid, then in apartments at Seaford, then in apartments at No. 3, Victoria-street, and now in apartments at No. 59, Upper Trafalgar-street, Brighton, out of business, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the County Court of Sussex, holden at Brighton, on the 30th day of October, 1867, is hereby required to Surrender himself to Ewen Evershed, Esq. , Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to he held before the said Registrar, on the 18th day of November instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court. Ewen Evershed, Esq. , of Princes-street, Brighton, is the Official Assignee, and Anthony Runnacles, Esq. , of No. 2lA, Ship-street, Brighton, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
