Miss SOPHIA SALE, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Vic. , intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Sophia Sale, late of Westerham, in the county of Kent, Spinster, deceased (who died on the 8th day of March, 1867, and whose will was proved in Her Majesty's Court of Probate, the Principal Registry, on the 1st day of May, 1867, by the undersigned, George Thomas Evershed, of Arundel, in the county of Sussex, Soap Maker, and George Frederick Carnell, of Sevenoaks, in the said county of Kent, Solicitor, the executors therein named), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims or demands to the said George Frederick Carnell, at his office at Sevenoaks aforesaid, on or before the <8th day of March next, after which day we, the said executors, will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to such claims of which we shall then have notice; and that we will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim we shall not then have had notice.
