At the County Court of Sussex, holden at Brighton, before the Registrar: Philip Mighell Faulconer, formerly of Stockland Farm, Hadlow Down, Mayfield, Sussex, Farmer, then of No. 26, Grenville-place, Brighton, Sussex, then in apartments at Hadlow Down aforesaid, then in apartments at Seaford, then in apartments at No. 3, Victoria-street, and then in apartments at No. 59, Upper Trafalgar-street, Brighton, adjudicated bankrupt on the 30th day of October, 1867. A Dividend Meeting will be held on the 19th day of August next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely. At the said Meetings the Assignees will, in pursuance of the 174th section of the said Act, submit statements of the Bankrupt's estate recovered and outstanding, and of all receipts and of all payments made or to be made thereout; and the creditors at the said respective meetings will, in pursuance of the said section, declare whether any and what Dividend shall be made, and whether any and what allowance shall be paid to the said bankrupts respectively. Proofs of Debts will be received, and creditors who have not proved, or do not then prove, will be excluded the benefit of the Dividend. And all claims not proved will be disallowed.
