Henry Winter, of Brighton, Sussex, previously of No. 75, Saint George's-road, Southwark, in the county of Surrey, and formerly of No. 3-2, King's-road, Chelsea, in the county of Middlesex, Discount and Financial Agent, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy (in forma pauperis), filed in the County court of Sussex, holden at Lewes, on the 7th day of December, 1869, is hereby required to surrender himself to Montague Spencer Blaker, a Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 23rd day of December instant, at twelve o'clock at noon precisely, at the County Court Office, No. 211, High-street, Lewes. Montague Spencer Blaker, of Lewes, is the Official Assignee.
