Re ANTHONY DORK IN HARMER Deceased. Pursuant to Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vic. cap. 35 intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any debts claims or demands against the estate of Anthony Dorkin Harmer late of, 24 Ocklynge-road Eastbourne in the county of Sussex Chemist (who died on the 22nd day of January 1x99 and whose will was proved in the Lewes District Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 8th day of March 1899 by James Dorkin Harmer one of the executors named in the said will) are hereby required to send particulars of their debts claims and demands in writing to me the undersigned on or before the 30th day of August 1899 after the expiration of which time the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which the said executor shall then have had notice and that the said executor will not be liable for the said assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt claim or demand he shall not have had such notice as aforesaid. — Dated this 28th day of July 1899.
