In the Matter of a Deed of Assignment for the benefit of Creditors, executed on the 23rd day of November, 1905, by PERCIVAL HAMILTON HUTCHINSON, trading as Padgham and Hutchinson, Builders, 255, London-road, York-road, and Sedlescombe-road South, and residing at Dunollie, Clinton-crescent, all St. Leonard's-on-Sea, and DAVID PADGHAM (deceased), by Administrators, late trading with the said P. H. Hutchinson, under the same style. THE creditors of the above named, who have not already sent in their claims, and assented to the said deed, are requested, on or before the 2nd day of August, 1907, to assent thereto, and to send in their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and be prepared to prove the same to me, the undersigned, or to E. E. Fox, of 11, Havelock-road, Hastings, Chartered Accountant, my co-Trustee under the said deed, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend proposed to be declared. — Dated this 18th day of July, 1907.
