Lieut. -Colonel BENJAMIN CURWEN OLDHAM, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament 22 and 23 Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Lieut. -Colonel Benjamin Curwen Oldham, late of Osborne, Isle of Wight, and 31/1, Judges Court-road, Alipore, Calcutta, India, deceased (who died on or about the 9th day of January, 1912, and whose will was proved by Richard Dixon Oldham, of 8, North-street, Horsham, in the county of Sussex, one of the executors therein named, on the 31st day of January, 1912, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims and demands to the said R. D. Oldham, or to the undersigned, his Solicitors, on or before the 20th day of March, 1912; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executor shall then have notice; and that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 20th day of February, 1912.
