Re GEORGE POTTS, Deceased. Pursuant to the Law of Property Amendment Act, 1859. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of George Potts, late of 23, Westbourne-street, Hove, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, deceased (who died on the 4th day of December, 1911, and letters of administration, with the will and two codicils annexed, of whose estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 24th day of February, 1912, to Geoffrey Paget, the lawful Syndic of the London County and Westminster Bank Limited (which said Bank the testator named in his will as his executor), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, and demands to me, the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said Geoffrey Paget, on or before the twenty-second day of April, 1912, after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which he shall then have had notice; and he will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 11th day of March, 1912.
