THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against John Tupper, late of Chichester, in the County of Sussex, Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet Mr. Robert Dawson, one of the Assignees of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt, on the 30th Instant, at Ten in the Forenoon, at the Sign of the Bear Inn, in Havant, in the County of Hants, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignee compounding or otherwise settling with Mr. Richard Pinnix, the other Assignee of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt, respecting such Part of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt as have come into the Hands of the said Richard Pinnix; and on other special Affairs.
