THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Edward Chatterton, of Rye, in the County of Sussex, Coal and Timber-Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, are requested to meet the Assignees on Tuesday the 7th of December next, at Six o'Clock in the Evening precisely, at the Sussex Coffee-House, in Bouverie-Street, Fleet-Street, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees proceeding against one or more Person or Persons, for illegally detaining sundry Effects, late the Property of the said Bankrupt; and also to consider as to the Sale of a Reversionary Interest of the said Bankrupt in and to a certain Freehold Estate, situate in the said Town of Rye, either by private Contractor public Sale; and on other special Affairs.
