TO be sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery in a Cause Blunt versus Clitherow, at the Public Sale-Room in Southampton-Buildings, Chancery Lane, London, in several Lots, before John Simeon, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, early in the Month of August next, Several Freehold and Copyhold Estates late of Samuel Blunt, of Spring-Field-Place, near Horsham, in the County of Sussex, Esq; deceased, situated in the several Parishes of Barcombe, Hellingley, and Kingston, near Lewes, in the laid County, and in Newdigate, in Surrey, now in the several Occupations of Mr. John Verrall, Richard Heathfield, Thomas Rogers, William Weller, and John Charlwood, Tenants at Will, who have had Notices to quit at Michaelmas next. Further Notice will be given, by public Advertisement, of the Time of Sale ; and printed Particulars of the several Lots may be had in a Fortnight at the Chambers of the said Master, in Southampton Buildings aforesaid; of Mr. Bicknell, Solicitor, No. 3, Spring-Garden Terrace; and of Mr. William Clutton, Hartswood, near Reigate, Surrey, the Receiver of the said Estate.
