TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery made in & Cause Blunt versus Clitherow, at the Public Sale-Room in Southampton Buildings, Chancery-Lane, London, on Thursday the 27th of January next, 1803, at Six o'Clock in the Afternoon, in Six Lots, before John Simeon, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court. Several Freehold and Copyhold Estates late of Samuel Blunt, of Spring-Field-Place, near Horsham, in the County of Sussex, Esq; deceased, situated in the several Parishes of Barcombe, Hellingley, and Kingston, near Lewes, in the said County of Sussex, and in Capel and Newdigate, in Surrey, now in the several Occupations of Mr. John Verrall, Richard Heathfield, Thomas Rogers, William Weller, and John Charwood, whose respective Terms will determine at Michaelmas next. Particulars may be had at the Chambers of the said Master in Southampton-Buildings; of Mr. Bicknell, No. 3, Spring Garden Terrace ; of Messrs. Hanson and Birch, No. 6, Chancery-Lane; and of Mr. William Clutton, of Flartswood, near Reigate, Surrey, the Receiver of the said Estate ; and also at the King's-Head, in Horsham. ; at the Star, in Lewes; and at the Red-Lion, Dorking.
