THE Creditors who have proved their debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against John Slade Lanham, of Horsham, in the County of Sussex, Common Brewer, are desired to meet the Assignee of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt, at the Office of Messrs. Ludlow, Francis and Urquhart, Monument Yard, London, on Tuesday, the 10th day of October instant, at Twelve of the Clock at Noon precisely, in order to assent to of dissent from the said Assignees referring and submitting, to arbitration, certain differences and disputes now subsisting between the said Assignee and Mr. William Allen, touching or relating to certain accounts between the said Bankrupt and the said William Allen, arising out of or concerning the agreements entered into by the said Bankrupt with the said William Allen, for the sale to him of the said Bankrupt's share or interest, in the trade or business of a Common Brewer heretofore, carried on by him in Partnership with Richard Thornton, and in the leases, plant, stock, utensils of or belonging to the same, and touching or relating to the mutual claims of the said Assignee and the said William Allen, under the said agreements, or otherwise to compromise the matters in difference between the said Assignee and the said William Allen in relation to the said accounts, and claim in such manner as the said Assignee shall think fit; and on ether special affairs.
