In the name of God Amen I JANE QUIMBY of the parish of WESTCHILTINGTON in the County of Sussex Widow Doe make this my last Will & Testam[en]t in manner following (that is to say) Impr[imis] I give unto my Brother JOHN BURCHETT One Shilling to be paid within Three months after my decease by my Executor hereafter named

Item I give unto my Sister ELIZABETH LANGLY one shilling to be paid within Three months after my decease by my Executor hereafter named

Item I give unto my Brother WILLIAM BURCHETTs Children Seven Shillings equally to be divided between them & to be paid within Three months after my decease by my Executor hereafter named.

Item I give unto my Cousin WILLIAM LANGLY one shilling to be paid within Three months after my decease by my Executor hereafter named

Item I give unto THOMAS BURSBE Son of ISAAC BURSBE One Feather bed One Feather bolster Three Feather Pillowes One Steddle matt & Cord Two Blanketts One Rugg & Two pair of Towen Sheets & five Pewter Dishes to be delivered to the said THOMAS BURSBY by my Executor at Twelve years after my decease

Item I give unto ISSAC BURSBY the Elder of the parish of WESTCHILTINGTON in the County of Sussex husbandman all the rest of my goods chattels & money whatsoever whom I doe make sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament paying all my debts & legacies & funerall charges In Witness whereof I the said JANE QUINBY the Testator have set her hand [&] seal hereunto this Fourteenth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred & Twelve – JANE QUINBY her marke, Signed Sealed published & declared by the said JANE QUINBY the Testator to be her last Will & Testament in the p[re]sence of us who subscribed our names in the p[re]sence of the Testator (these words enterlined was before the sealing hereof) RICHARD CLEMENT MOSES BROOKS THOMAS BUTCHER
