ST. MARY. Restored in 1893. Of the original Nor. building only one window remains; the present church is E.E. with Perp. tower. Note: squint; two trefoil-headed piscinae; two small brasses (1515 and 1517); alabaster altar-tomb with brass (1527) and two other tombs, memorials to the Apsley family; also tablets to other families. Font, Perp.; porch, 16th c. Reg. 1628.
